These Terms govern your use of Perceev (the “Service”), operated by Walid Naser, an individual. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Perceev connects to your PostHog account using credentials you provide and uses AI to summarize your session recordings and surface notable moments in a dashboard.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Your responsibility for end-user data
The Service operates on session recordings captured from your end users. You are solely responsible for the legality of that recording, including having a lawful basis and providing any notices and choices required for your end users. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your failure to do so.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, to infringe the rights of others, or to record sessions you are not authorized to record.
Plans and billing
The Service may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
We own the Service and all related software and content. You keep ownership of your data, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walid Naser, an individual will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior three months or USD 50.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of the UAE.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
